YoHouse offers three models, the YoModern, YoBarn and YoRanch. They are designed by Yodezeen architecture studio, which has created stunning homes across the globe – from Abu Dhabi and Kyiv to Barcelona and the Maldives. YoModern is an expansive, five-bedroom, two-level contemporary home over 533 square metres (5740 square feet), characterised by sleek minimalistic lines, a cantilevered structure and transparent core. The three-bedroom YoBarn has a smaller footprint at 370 square metres (3984 square feet) but is equally striking in its form, its iconic barn structure featuring rustic elements such as reclaimed wood and clinker bricks. The latest addition to the YoHouse range is the YoRanch, which comes in two options – three-bedroom single storey or five-bedroom double storey – and which represents a modern take on traditional ranch architecture.
