A leading provider of Australian furniture, Savage Design has recently delved into the world of merchandise. The iconic brand is celebrating the release of its limited-edition merchandise range in its Surry Hills showroom on the first week of spring, granting special access to visitors before it goes online.

Norman and the Masters of Maddox line is the brand’s very first collection of merchandise and represents an exciting evolution for Savage Design. This limited edition run consists of 100 T-shirts, 50 snapback caps and 100 stubby coolers – all designed by Head Designer James Groom. The merchandise drop party at Savage Design’s Surry Hills showroom will be an evening filled with creativity and energy, with live music from DJ Hideboo and drinks available – the perfect backdrop to explore the range.

The charismatic mascot is derived from the Single Node, one of the core components of the Maddox system.

The merchandise available will feature the brand’s new mascot Norman Node. The charismatic mascot is derived from the Single Node, one of the core components of the Maddox system. Norman, a cartoon character with gloved hands and big eyes is a nod to turn-of-the-century brand mascots and pop culture. The mascot represents an integral and long-standing value of our company; building long-term local connections, much like the Single Node from Savage Design’s Maddox System – a core component that allows the connection of rails, enabling the system to create shelving structures.

The showroom event will take place on Thursday 7 September 2023, with free tickets available. The merchandise will become available online from Friday 8 September 2023 at 10am until sold out.
