Founded by Marc Reed – Owner and Director of Candana – and Kaety Thompson – a former Senior Design Consultant at Candana – Oliver Thom is informed by extensive knowledge of the bathroom industry. ”Over the years of working in bathroom design, I noticed a real lack of high-end, well-produced bathroom accessories that were easily accessible in Australia,” says Kaety. “We would fit out really beautiful luxe bathrooms and then struggle to style them and give them the finishing touches they deserved. Oliver Thom was born to fill that gap in the market.”

Collaborating with TF Design, Oliver Thom emerges with an exclusive across-the-bath caddy designed by Kaety. While echoing the clean lines of a bathtub, the minimal tray offers an even surface on which to place bath items within reach. Creatively, TF Design finds inspiration from a variety of sources and the resulting products feature silky silhouettes reminiscent of organic forms and colours tied to memories of travel.

Alongside previous colour options White and Grey, the tray is now available in limited-edition translucent Amber, inspired by warm sunsets and golden apothecary bottles. To produce Amber, the original clay mould of the caddy design is filled with the coloured resin – once set and hand-sanded, the piece forms a durable alternative to its timber competitor.
