In fast-paced Sydney, where calm can be hard to come by, One Darling Point offers a rare kind of sanctuary. It’s an address that brings together connection and serenity, surrounded by the greenery of Rushcutters Bay Park, the charm of Double Bay village life and the convenience of living in one of the city’s most coveted enclaves.

“It’s enduring, authentic and profoundly connected to Sydney, creating a dialogue with the landscape and the culture that surrounds it.”

Designed by award-winning architecture studio Tzannes, One Darling Point’s curved brick facade echoes the natural topography of the elevated site. “Our architecture is shaped by the harbour and the shifting light, creating a form inseparable from its place,” explains Tzannes’ visionary founding director, Alec Tzannes. “It’s enduring, authentic and profoundly connected to Sydney, creating a dialogue with the landscape and the culture that surrounds it.”

Limited to just 41 three- and four-bedroom house-like residences, One Darling Point has been crafted to frame the view, invite the light in and hold its own for generations. Stepping into the entry foyer, the space feels more like a private home. Expansive glazed windows frame cinematic vistas across the harbour to the city skyline and beyond.

Award-winning interior design studio Alexander &CO. has shaped residences with impeccable attention to comfort, quality and bespoke details. “Our vision was to create interiors that feel like a true home: timeless, tactile and comfortable,” says Jeremy Bull, the studio’s founder and principal. “Every detail, from the foyer to the finish on a handle, has been designed with care and a level of thoughtfulness that endures.” Throughout, rich textures and tactile details create a sense of refined elegance. Living areas open fluidly to the view, and kitchens are not just visually stunning but deeply functional – the perfect space to gather, cook and socialise. Bedrooms are immersive sanctuaries of calm, created for rest, reflection and retreat.

Surfaces, materials and design details are evocative, from the grains of timber and veins of stone to the interplay of light and shadow as the day slowly ends and night falls. These elements are more than aesthetic: they’re an expression of craftsmanship and reveal a deep respect for longevity. In a world that moves quickly, One Darling Point feels intentionally timeless, a place to slow down and reflect.

The inspired collaboration between Tzannes and Alexander &CO. comes to life through multi-award-winning developer Lendlease, a name that’s become synonymous with excellence over six decades. Its portfolio includes some of the world’s most celebrated residential landmarks, from One Sydney Harbour and One Circular Quay to 277 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, each redefining modern living through design and innovation in partnership with globally acclaimed creatives.

That same level of care and precision is evident at One Darling Point. Here, traditional craftsmanship meets the elevated amenities of modern living to craft homes with both substance and soul. Resident-only wellness spaces add another layer of retreat – places to stretch, breathe and restore balance. The location embraces both the beauty of the waterfront and the cosmopolitan nature of the surrounding neighbourhoods. Stroll to morning coffee in Double Bay, enjoy a long lunch by the marina, wander through Rushcutters Bay Park or explore the shopping and dining meccas that are Woollahra and Paddington.

One Darling Point speaks to those who value timeless elegance, authenticity and permanence. A sanctuary that hovers above the city while being firmly anchored in it, it’s a home to be proud of, and one profoundly connected to place.
