Referencing the likes of stately and enduring buildings in both New York and London, Paul Conrad Architects looks beyond the typical Queenslander style in designing this New Farm development.
While this is not your typical architectural response in Brisbane, it is a welcomed one. The building proposes a new sub-tropical Australian style in itself – one focused on openness, elevation and global appeal.

With a calming overall colour palette, materials of lasting nature are used for their robustness and to ensure a continued relevance over time.
