Being proudly carbon neutral and certified under the Australian Government’s National Carbon Offset Standard, the Civic Series continues the sustainable pledges of Brickworks. With eco-conscious initiatives, Daniel’s ingenuity and style results in a new brick range that uplifts projects by architects, builders and designers whilst also giving them a one-of-a-kind material they can have confidence in.

Presented in two profiles, the Civic Series is designed to complement and elevate numerous architectural styles.

The Straight Edge design features clean and crisp lines and caters to a more contemporary taste through its minimal form. Whereas the Remastered profile features a rustic appearance with raw edges to amplify a project’s tactility. The bricks are available in multiple colours. Civic Red and Remastered Red exemplify warm and vibrant hues, whilst the Civic Blue and Remastered Blue adorn a similar red tone elevated with blue bleeds.

With the new range manufactured at the Langford Plant in Tasmania, Brickworks has forgone the use of traditional fuel sources by turning to alternative biofuels to power the kilns. “Civic Series is a testament to Brickworks’s ongoing commitment to sustainability via the continued expansion of our carbon neutral offering,” remarks Brett Ward, General Manager of International Marketing at Brickworks.
