Roaming Colours – The Dulux Study Tour Entries Open

Entries for the 2024 Dulux Study Tour will close on October 6, 2023. In a partnership between Dulux and the Australian Institute of Architects, the tour gives Australia’s next generation of architects an exciting opportunity to tour international architectural sites.

Now in its 16th year, the Dulux Study Tour is inviting Australia’s emerging architectural talent to enter for a chance to win a place on the tour. The competition encourages architects and graduates of up to 10 years from the AACA Accredited Master of Architecture degree, who are either Australian or New Zealand citizens residing in Australia, to apply. For 10 days, the competition winners will tour international locations and experience firsthand some of the world’s best architectural sites and practices.

To enter the competition, each entrant must show their individual contribution in regard to architectural practices, education, design excellence and community involvement. Five of those meeting the criteria will be selected to participate in the Dulux Study Tour. In 2023, the winners of 2023 visited Finland, Italy, Zürich and Portugal. Similarly, the 2024 winners will help to curate the international tour and choose the architectural monuments they want to experience. With entries closing on October 6, 2023, the competition is brought together by Dulux and the Australian Institute of Architects.
