Designed in Australia and made in Italy, each Paloma Editions piece carries the story of its origin – a study in craft and the expression of the hands and places that guided it into form.

Founded by Australian architectural designer Isabella Wilde, Paloma Editions is a collectible furniture and objects brand grounded in the principles of provenance and integrity. With work defined by sculptural forms, noble materials and uncompromising craftsmanship, Paloma Editions expresses a vision of excellence defined by elegance, intention and skill.

From the outset, Wilde set one non-negotiable rule: to build every piece as close as possible to the source of its raw material.

Paloma Editions follows a radically transparent supply-chain model that is rare in high-end design. From the outset, Wilde set one non-negotiable rule: to build every piece as close as possible to the source of its raw material. “I wanted the furniture to hold the memory of its place – not just in the material, but in the way it was made,” she explains.

Each piece is designed in Sydney, fabricated in Italy and traced back to the exact quarry or forest that supplied its raw material. Upholding the idea of site-specific by design, Wilde’s process brings fabrication close to the material origin. Timber is milled and crafted in Lombardy, stone is shaped within view of the quarries that yield it, and upholstered pieces are handcrafted near Milan using fabrics from renowned mills such as Dedar Milano and Loro Piana. By keeping extraction and fabrication neighbours, Paloma Editions shortens freight, protects local craft knowledge and ensures traceability from raw material to finished form.

Paloma Edition’s latest pieces beautifully embody this ethos. The subtly curved Courchevel dining chair has generous proportions and a hand-shaped French oak frame. Upholstered in European-milled natural fabrics, its soft, cloud-like form brings tactile comfort. The Geneva dining table, carved from timeless French oak, expresses volume and balance through traditional joinery.

The Constantin coffee table, inspired by Australia’s white-sand coastlines, echoes the rhythm of tidal movement in a sculpted, interlocking stone form. Composed of three interlocking tables, it can be grouped or sit as a singular piece, and is available in seven different stones as well as natural oak. In Arabescato marble, the Ashley bedside table reveals the brand’s attention to quiet utility, its dual drawers concealed within delicate linework. Suited for living spaces or bedrooms, the Tradition gueridon in travertine or onyx is etched with signature directional linework and is perhaps the most sculptural of all the pieces.

In an industry where materials often cross borders multiple times, Paloma Editions offers furniture that is grounded in intergenerational craftsmanship and where an intimate dialogue exists with place, craft and material.
