Dexus Place in Melbourne’s CBD is a custom based design influenced by the café latte lifestyle of a trendy city.

Incorporating the trend setting alley ways of Melbourne’s restaurant and café culture, this newly inspired office space provides plenty of open spaces for leisure at lunch, whilst accommodating for extra meeting, function and research areas required for any business.

Open planned observations rooms were added into the design, provide the perfect work space for market research and training, including a fully functional immersive studio for interstate and international video conference calls.

By bringing the urban culture of Melbourne’s CBD into the space of Dexus Place, D&C company Girvan Waugh created a unique space not seen in many corporate offices.
