Deceptively spacious, the design for Midway Point House by Cumulus Studio Architects is unlike any other. Following – and nicknamed – the ‘Tardis’ in reference to Doctor Who’s time machine, the concept for the residence directly tackles its small footprint, while providing a light-filled expansive home over several floors.
Double height ceilings within the home caters for views overlooking Pitt Water and Mt. Wellington beyond. The three-bedroom home defies cliff-top living with emphasis on seclusion and creating a sense of place.
