With views overlooking the ocean, Pacific House Palm Beach by CM Studio features a contemporary palette of materials. Shou Sugi Ban charred timber cladding was used externally along with sandstone and soft marbles to create a coastal and casual aesthetic. Internally, Calacatta marble and white hand painted timber cladding creates a sophisticated seaside feel.

The material choices were not only reflective of the home’s surrounds, it is also equipped to deal with the harsh wind, sun, salt and sand.
