Building upon an existing heritage home, Justin Mallia redesigned Scarborough and Welkin with a careful consideration of scale, composition and materials. Achieving a balance that is bold and innovative, Scarborough and Welkin engages with its surroundings and promotes natural ventilation and sunlight.

Multiple half-level changes, angled intersections and curved transitions in plan and section results in various volumes of spaces that integrate together.
