Surfside House
by Robert Plumb Build & Andrew Burges Architects
The Surfside House by Robert Plumb Build and Andrew Burges Architects reconfigures a home into a space worthy of the stunning views it conveys.
Renovating a two-bedroom semi detached property with a compact footprint and a warren of dark rooms, Andrew Burges Architects have delivered a transformative, contemporary design that has been brought to life by the talented team at Robert Plumb Build.
The clients wanted to exploit the steep site upon which the Clovelly residence is located. As a result the design team explored the notion of continual ascent, in the process creating a home that exploits the water views over the iconic beach below.
Flooring for the project was provided by Tongue n Groove.
