This Victorian era terrace located in the heart of inner city Melbourne sees a contemporary interpretation of the 19^th Century era by celebrating the romantic period features and applying a light touch to the existing shell. Intimate internal spaces were opened to create light filled and functional family spaces with streamline joinery and intricate yet refined detailing.

Herringbone patterned timber flooring throughout sings against the soft, textured polished plaster walls. Grand gestures were introduced to match the original scale of the home with the use of the Apparatus Cloud lights being the contemporary take of a traditional chandelier shining within the dinning room.

The careful layering of furniture and objects within the space where curated to align and reflect the personality of its architectural origins.
