Warranty period is 24 months from date of purchase. Warranty may be voided if improper cleaning or maintenance causes damage. Natural materials such as timber contain inherent variations in colour, grain, texture and tone. hese characteristic are natural and are not considered defects. Tachi chair is not suitable for outdoor use. General everyday wear & tear is not considered a defect and therefore will not be covered by Manufacturing Warranty. Do not stand on the sofa or use as a step ladder. Products specified for commercial or high-traffic environments are assessed on a project basis. Due to the varied nature of commercial use, standard residential warranty terms do not apply.
