Product Details & Specifications

An ode to the ambitious leaders, the brave, the courageous visionaries who look beyond the horizon.
Inspired by traditional kahu kaitaka and Mokunui (Hawai’i), this kaitaka huaki inspired design is an ode to the ambitious leaders, the brave, te kura i maia, the courageous, the visionaries who look beyond the horizon.

It’s also a quiet encouragement to take time for ourselves, which also requires courage, the courage to say no, as to sustain others, first we must sustain ourselves.

Te Kura Nui is made using 100% New Zealand Lambswool and five different weave structures to complement the design. It has been milled and slightly raised to provide a soft feel. It has a  reversible pattern for twice the decorative potential. The yarn colours used are Teak, Crimson, Chestnut and Sand.
