Palm Beach House by Sydney based architecture firm Alexander & Co. is the stunning transformation of an existing waterfront holiday villa in picturesque Palm Beach, Sydney. Alexander & Co. have taken a beautiful existing holiday home in one of Sydney’s most exclusive suburbs and turned it into one of the most desirable homes in the area.

The project is a restrained approach to a traditional European vernacular, exploring bespoke quality detailing, materiality and architectural framing. The result is a highly detailed and bespoke 5 bedroom coastal home. Alexander & Co. have incorporated the stunning views into the essence of the design, maximising the residents exposure to their incredible surroundings.
