The spatial arrangement sees the main suite situated at the front of the dwelling, followed by three additional bedrooms, a sitting room and to the rear of the home, an open plan living-kitchen-dining space. In line with the Arden Homes reputation, Arden Electrified also features a sun court, a clever alternative to the traditional covered alfresco area to complement the colder Melbourne climate.

The material palette is comprised of engineered timber flooring and stone, each fostering a sense of light and space. A large kitchen island benchtop allows for easy access to the nearby refrigerator and cooktop and, fitted around the corner from the main kitchen area, two ovens are positioned to enhance the social character of the island bench space, embracing the idea that the kitchen is the heart of the home.

Integrated appliances such as a French fridge door and 90cm range hood combine with a 90cm induction cooktop to increase the energy-efficiency of the kitchen, thereby reducing the carbon footprint of the home. The two 60cm ovens possess multiple functions and allow occupants to cook at different temperatures simultaneously. The Fisher & Paykel dishwasher is integrated and full-sized, accommodating the needs of a large family. Proposing a similar benefit, the laundry room features a Fisher & Paykel washing machine that offers a steam refresh option and large 11-kilogram capacity.
