AVENTOS top lift system
A new collection of lift systems enables wall-cabinet fronts to lift, swing up and over, pivot and fold, bringing ease to the everyday process of opening cupboards and cabinets.
Globally renowned fittings company Blum has optimised its series of lift systems with the launch of the AVENTOS top range. The AVENTOS top collection brings a new level of utility and style to lift systems, as well as a slate of options for customising the systems to complement individual functional and aesthetic needs.
The range comprises the HF top, HS top and HL top, which join the HK top introduced in 2017. All four designs are slimline and linear, purposefully streamlined to maximise storage space. Each of the new-generation systems is intended to serve a distinct purpose and space while requiring just a few components to install.
First is the AVENTOS HF top, which is suited for high and medium wall cabinets with bi-fold lift systems. It enables the design of large lift systems with two fronts, allowing for an impressive latitude of movement. Meanwhile, the HS top is designed to swing large, one-part fronts up and over a cabinet; it’s ideal for use alongside design elements such as crown mouldings and cornices.
The HL top is a lift system that moves the front upwards in parallel with the cabinet or cupboard. This design is ideal for storage spaces integrated into, or mounted above, worktops. The systems can be used for asymmetrical fronts and with a wide range of materials, including aluminium and glass. The lift mechanisms are concealed in subtle caps; the HF top, HS top and HL top caps are available in silk white and light and dark grey to blend in with a room’s design, or stand in contrast.
AVENTOS top’s unique lift system design ensures that once fronts are lifted they can be left open for easy access to the items held within. The systems are highly durable – throughout meticulous testing, they lasted through 80,000 opening and closing cycles. Fronts can be held open by the lift systems in any position, and handles and fronts are always within easy reach.
Even large, handle-less or heavy fronts can be seamlessly opened and closed by utilising Blum’s TIP-ON BLUMOTION or SERVO-DRIVE motion technologies.
The AVENTOS top lift systems are particularly useful in kitchen cabinets, where they protect items from the dust and grease that accumulates with open shelving. But they are impactful throughout the entire home, their subtle design offering functionality without distracting from carefully curated interior designs.
