Renowned for producing innovative and sculptural furniture pieces, Swiss brand de Sede encapsulates modernist design. Available exclusively at DOMO, the brand manufactures full grain leather up to five millimetres thick. Each one-of-a-kind hand stitched piece offers an insight into the inner rich design landscape of de Sede, where handcrafted beauty meets astounding performance. Perennial favourites include the DS-80 Daybed – designed in 1969, the sleek classic is comprised of a solid wood frame lacquered in silk matt black with patchwork leather upholstery crafted from a single, premium-quality hide. Accompanying this classic piece is the shape-shifting DS-266 Recliner Chair – a graceful geometric masterpiece of any contemporary interior space, with a sculptural metal base available in either fabric or leather upholstery.

Since 1950, luminaries of the design world have been producing quality classics paired with a playful twist, brought to life by Wittmann. DOMO features the Wittmann Leather Side Tables 60cm – unmatched in craftsmanship and a meticulous selection and working of fine materials. The side tables are available in coloured leathers, topped with black, brown or marble cover plates. The Wittman selection would not be complete without Josef Hoffmann’s iconic Kubus Lounge Chair – available in either a sofa or armchair – a design language in leather boasting angular simplicity through square partitions and thin piping.

The elegance, comfort and versatility of leather continues with French designers Duvivier. The brand produces premium-quality sofas and armchairs, including the featured Centquatre Sofa. This sofa is casual and comfortable – a strong, minimalist structure available in a selection of either fabric or leather. Duvivier’s expertise in simple, streamlined furniture is founded on some 150 years in saddle making and the ability to transmit this design knowledge to successive generations.

The pursuit of leather is enhanced with DOMO’s range of lighting designs. Introducing Sebastian Herkner’s Stellar Grape collection of textured floor lamps and chandeliers for Pulpo; bundles of grape-like, half-frosted acetate and half-ribbed spheres. Switched on or off, the structure remains distinctively impressive; the lighting casts a unique, understated glow and is available in a choice of aubergine, smoky grey or transparent. The discreet black steel fixing to the rear puts this unique hand-blown glass globe at the centre of your universe.
