Just Adele has launched Brera – a new collection of furniture pieces made locally within Melbourne. Inspired by Milanese architecture, and the Brera district from which it takes its name, the collection ignites a revival of traditional perspectives, executed with a contemporary twist and fuelled by a focus on sustainability.

Combining customary craftsmanship with sustainable practices, Just Adele produces a selection of bespoke stone pieces that speak to a love of technique and an aspiring international essence. Just Adele launches the Brera collection as an extension of the designing principles nurtured by the brand, driven by passionate and considered attention for remarkable detail. With no two stones being the same, there is a tailored element infused in each furnishing, with every piece designed and made to order in Melbourne.

Best known for stone tables, Just Adele continues an exploration into creating dynamically present pieces, designed to work cohesively through the use of natural stone. With each selected piece of the Brera collection, Just Adele embarks on an ambiance of exclusivity, produced through the brand’s ethos of tangible luxury. “I wanted to create the feeling of travel and Italy within our homes while we are all spending more time at home and unable to travel,” explains Adele Cotruzzola, Just Adele Founder. “So that you, in your own way, can adopt the Milanese style.”

The materiality of stone allows an indefinite number of options in terms of preparing and crafting tailored furniture pieces. This material distinctiveness is ingrained within the Just Adele brand, where each piece tells a unique story and remains individual in its entirety. The company manufactures its pieces using recycled stone that, dependent on its availability, is sourced and crafted locally within Melbourne. In this practice there is an explicit conversation around consumerism, where offcuts or discarded pieces are reborn and reused, guaranteeing each piece’s of uniqueness.

The Brera collection consist of a four marble pieces – a floor mirror, side table, console and coffee table.
