Tubi is the latest lighting collection by design studio Articolo. Speaking to a modern-day nostalgia, Tubi is informed by international design movements that emerged immediately following the mid-20th century, recalling the glamorous modernist forms and iconic aspirations of 1970s and 80s design.
Evoking an elevated elegance, Tubi is inspired by the luxurious allure of Studio 54, whose influence continues to reverberate within design culture to this day. Taking its cues from times gone by, the Tubi collection engages in a dialogue of bold expression, deliberate silhouettes and dynamic geometric forms.
Available in five fitting finishes – Brass, Mid Bronze, Satin, Nickel and Black Electroplate – the collection offers an array of aesthetics to suit differing interior palettes. Its shades are also available in four distinctive colours of Clear, Snow, Smoke and Grey, allowing another versatile layer of selection.
