Capturing the personality of its clients through an injection of expressive colour, texture and artwork, Wattle House by Golden combines a youthful vitality with a considered approach.

Taking form as an expressive reflection of its owners, Wattle House sees the recently renovated home given an additional injection of texture and form through a curated approach. Golden has taken cues from the home’s custodians and, through a contemporary lens, crafted a selection of pieces that facilitate the daily functions of the house. Capturing a sense of the home’s past and combining it with a future-focused understanding of how the spaces are planned to be used, the primary muse was the inhabitants themselves.

Built by Osiris, Wattle House is crafted through elements of refreshment and unexpectedness, creating a series of spaces that truly are tailored for its owners. There are pockets of familiarity, of shapes and forms that are well-known, and these are then peppered with additional unique touchpoints to inject that point of difference. The evidence of personality within these walls is clear. The eclectic, bold use of colour and materiality speaks to a confidence, and a daring approach, driven by a clear shared vision of the client and designers.
