Foolscap Studio

Foolscap Studio is an independent cross-disciplinary design practice centered around built environment and interior architecture at all scales. The studio works with Australian and international clients on projects ranging from retail and food experiences to workplace and macro precinct strategies. They design spaces and experiences that go beyond just form and materials, influencing all elements of each project to forge strong connections between people and the built environment. Foolscap’s mission is to develop places that bring people together and contribute to a city’s identity. They see every project as an opportunity to explore the boundaries of what design can do for people, cities and our clients. To get there, they consider the emotive and the pragmatic, the conceptual and the technical. From early strategy and concept development through to design, implementation and delivery, the journey results in holistic and coherent built outcomes on each project. Foolscap Studio’s work is not defined by a particular aesthetic, but a deep investigation into narratives surrounding their client’s identity.
