Where is the prestige market heading?
The prestige market is moving upwards, with increasing interest in the Southern Highlands. The area is blessed geographically, close to both Sydney and the South Coast, with some of the most beautiful scenery in the state.

What areas of the Highlands do you think will experience the biggest growth over the next 12 months?
Glenquarry, Kangaloon, Bowral, Burradoo, Robertson and Moss Vale.

Auction vs sale?
For the Highlands, selling via private treaty or EOI is the most successful way to sell. Auction clearance rates here are always low.

Should I sell my property off-market?
If you wish to remain discreet about it, sure, but in a soft market it is better to have as many eyeballs on the property as possible.

What is the favourite property you’ve sold and why?
Braesyde in Glenquarry. Best house, best area, best vendor and record sale.

What’s your number-one tip for someone selling their property?
Listen to your agent’s advice both on value and the market. Present your home as well as you can and stay positive.

What advice would you give to young people looking to enter the property market?
Work hard, save, get a good finance broker and shoot your shot.

Describe your typical day.
Inspections, appraisals, photoshoots, phone calls, emails, driving … standard real-estate-type activity.
