What advice would you give to young people looking to buy?
Buy the worst house/flat or unit in the best area you can afford, Yes, it’s hard but it will pay off in the long run.
Do you think luxury features are important to include in homes and new builds?
Yes. I think buyers are always looking for that point of difference, something that makes their new home special and unique.
What is the favourite property you’ve sold and why?
A property at 148 Solar Road that sold for $10 million: a beautiful barn-style home with fabulous views to Mt Cooroy.
What do you think buyers are looking for in new properties?
Large master bedrooms and great kitchens.
What suburbs do you think will experience the biggest growth over the next 12 months?
I definitely think the Sunshine Coast hinterland is undervalued and set to go to the next level because of its great weather and proximity to Noosa and all of its famous beaches.
