Over the past decade, she has had the privilege of representing some of Australia’s most extraordinary residences and helping clients find where they truly belong. “My mission has always been to redefine real estate, not as a transaction, but as a lasting relationship that builds legacy,” she says. Despite an ever-changing market, Monika’s philosophy stays the same – integrity, energy and results.
For Monika, success isn’t about getting the deal done – it’s about creating meaningful experiences that inspire and endure. Here, she shares a little of her real-estate wisdom.
What advice would you give to young people looking to buy?
Start as early as you can. Real estate is freedom, not just an investment. Think long-term, buy in areas with infrastructure and lifestyle appeal, and don’t wait for the ‘perfect time’ – create it. Smart decisions today become tomorrow’s legacy.
What’s your number one tip for someone selling their property?
Sell with heart, not just strategy. Presentation and storytelling are everything – buyers fall in love with emotion, not data. Work with an agent who understands how to position your home to inspire desire and connection. That’s when magic – and premium prices –happen.
What is the favourite property you’ve sold and why?
A waterfront residence at 20 Wolseley Road, Point Piper. I sold it for $45 million after years on the market. Then, just months after it was sold, one of my other clients wanted to buy it. The owner was apprehensive but when I came to him with an offer of $60 million, he couldn’t say no. It perfectly reflected what I love about real estate – matching extraordinary properties with the right people. True luxury transcends price: it’s about connection, design and creating a home that inspires.
What do you think buyers are looking for in new apartment developments?
They’re seeking connection – between convenience, community and design. Buyers today want homes that reflect who they are: sustainable, sophisticated and service-driven. It’s about how a space feels, not just how it looks.
What Sydney suburbs do you think will experience the biggest growth over the next 12 months?
Sydney’s east – Double Bay and Bellevue Hill – and Barangaroo continue to shine, driven by luxury demand and lifestyle. Castle Hill and Macquarie Park are also rising stars thanks to new developments and strong infrastructure.
